History:

Implied in various episodes that Alvin Masterson either founded or developed Legal Services; however, Alvin has been working at the clinic for 25 years ["Indian Summer"].
Childrens Legal Services began taking adult cases in "Feeding Frenzy" due to monetary constraints ["Indian Summer"]. Alvin lost the county contract to the Pittsburgh Children's Project (run by the idealistic Ms. Moore), however, took another county contract for legal services meaning they would have to represent adults, but still could represent children.
