It is always a good idea to buy the very best tools you can afford. They are an investment which will repay you many times over.

There is no such thing as good tools which are cheap tools. But if you cannot afford new, then buy second-hand. Don't spend hundreds on boxes of sockets, instead buy a good quality tool box, and buy the best quality sockets you can get, individually, as you want them. You will end up with just what you need.

This is a Britool Torque Wrench which I bought 35 years ago, and has been used literally thousands of times.

This is a Wolf 3/4 inch chuck drill. When I bought it, I thought it was an extravagance. But it has more than paid its' keep, in undamaged drill bits. It is 2 speed : Slow and Very Slow, but it is very powerful, and lovely to use. It has 2 powers, and a 2nd handle screws in to make one either side, and a bracing pad.
These are accessories which I have made, and in conjunction with the Hydraulic Ramps, which I also made, are used in repair work and re-jigging. The shiny bits are actually made from bits of motorbike front forks.

Using these, you can have all the wheels off, and still work at waist height.
