| 'Mud'
is an oil based liquid for use in drilling oil wells. It comes in many different
mixes, depending on the well. It has a very high specific gravity, and is very
difficult to pump, maybe 100 feet up to the installation. Extra special pumps are
needed to achieve this. |

Bulk Cargo is normally Dry Cement, or Barytes, discharged through a pipeline with
compressed air. But it could be one of several other chemicals. Vast amounts are used. |

technical reasons. e.g Gross registered tons (G.R.T.) equates to roughly 1 ton = about 100
