Going Home

Going home, when the ship is out at sea for months on end, involved us in having to use the dreaded 'basket" to transfer from the deck of the ship to the rig. It made grown men terrified!	This is what the basket actually looks like. You put your luggage on the inside and stand on the outside. This one was used for putting actors on the ice ion the filming of the film on Shackleton's trip to the Antarctic.
