Not what you might expect
You might think, by looking at the picture, that this cowl comes complete but it doesn't. It's basically just a plastic mask with an elastic strap in the back.

Think of it like the kids masks you find at wally world or in retail stores, that have a baseball cap strap behind them and are made for kids. Only, this one is super sized to fit an adult sized face.

So even though the picture/description is mildly vague and misleading, I still gave this 4 stars. It wasn't supposed to be here for another week, yet arrived today just in time for "The Dark Knight " premiere (I'm wearing it with a homemade costume, to the disappointment of my girlfriend who now refuses to be seen in public with me.)

It's comfortable and fits nice.

It's a fun little mask to wear with friends to a Batman showing, but other than that it's not good for much.

Toga/Halloween Costume
The Dark Knight Batman Mask

Good:
-Mask came to me on time and in perfect condition.
-I wore it to a few dances and a halloween party with a batman shirt, shorts+black leggings, boots, and cape.
-The plastic is pretty thick and bends a bit but doesn't snap.

Bad:
-The sides were very big.
-The nose and ears are VERY pointy.

I have a small-medium sized head and the strap and overall fit was good, except the cheek/jaw bones. It was very loose and made the mask look almost look too big on me.

Just to consider:
-The mask is formed to have expression in it.

When wearing it you do look in a "angered" mood. I don't know if that's the look you are going for or not.

akward and uncomfortable
The eyes of this mask are inset and poke into both adult and kids who try to wear it....it is very uncomfortable though it looks good. Not reccommmended for anyone.
