| 100 volunteer fire fighters from Binyamin Regional Council has attended a 2 day seminar held at Hayat Hotel, Jerusalem 2003. National Firefighters authority Chief Shimon Romach have participated too. The new and first ARMOURD "GA'ASH" rescue truck was displayed. |
