Geocities is the birthplace of the OTC Billiard Mouse and will therefore always be the internet equivalent of a hometown to your favorite billiard mouse. But! remember he is a mouse; albeit a pool one. One day, just like a mouse in a maze he started wanderering around the internet. Getting a bit tired from his cyber trek, he stopped for a time and started making a new nest. In the process, his original home was renamed, restructured and became OTC's Virtually Free Web Graphics Library.
