Information about the instruments

My double manual harpsichord (nicknamed "Wally") is modelled after a French instrument (Pascal Taskin) of 1769 built by Steven Hunt (Stevens of Brisbane).

It has a range of five octaves, two keyboards, a buff stop and a 4' stop. It has a beautiful, rich tone.

My other instrument is a spinet built by Bizzi harpsichords in Italy.

Like Wally, this instrument has a range of five octaves. It also has a buff stop and has a lovely, slightly delicate sound.
