At age 21 Cloud Strife is a mercenary for hire and teams up with a rebel group called avalanche to take on a huge conglomerate called Shinra. This Shinra is sucking life out of the planet and using it for power. But theres something much more to the story. A girl named Aeris who teams up with Cloud and avalanche is really a mysterious girl called an ancient. This race of ancients knew where a promised land was or a free place. But Shinra knew and greedily wanted to find it and sap energy out of it to create more power. As Aeris is the last surviving ancient she is constantly on the run and seeks help from Cloud who eventually fails to save her due to a much much more greater power. This power is a single person named Sephiroth who wants to rule the world in his own twisted way summons a mega powerful meteor destined for earth which threatens humanity. But there was a trick up Aeris's sleeve that might save them all. Before she died she summoned another mega powerful summon called the holy which is the planets mechanism for protecting itself. Will the holy arrive in time? Will Cloud and his party beat Sephiroth and Shinra? Find out when you play Final Fantasy 7. |
