Simplemu
My personal favorite client, this program is fairly
simple, and yet has all the features you need. Changeable colors,
easy multiple-MUSHing at once, easy access to the commands &
poses you've already sent to the MUSH.

Zmud
Zmud is a more complex client, geared more towards
MUDs than MUSHes. It is no longer shareware, so you have to pay to
download it.

MUSHClient is one I know nothing about. Its more complex, and might be good for the more experienced MU*er.

Savitar
For you rebel Mac users out there, there is one MUSH client for you: Savitar. I'm not a Mac-man, so I can't say good things about the client, but if you've gotta use a Mac, this is for you.
