| Oxfordshire's OSAGTO LINK Unit. We have around 20 members. Some of those members have recently completed awards such as Bronze and Gold Duke of Edinburgh, Chief Guides Challenge, BCU 1,2 and 3 stars, Guider and Scouter leadership certificates. Members are also working towards their ML and WGL awards, and two members are trained archery instructors. We are part of girlguiding UK. LINK is for both men and women aged between 18 and 30. We help out as extra adults at guide events all over the county. Currently most of the unit are Guiders or Scouters. We have 4 or 5 walking weekends a year, so far this year we have been to the Brecon Beacons, Dartmoor and the Peak District. We are hoping to go to the Lake District later in the year. So if you want have fun, gain new friends, new skills, and give service to guiding - JOIN LINK. |
