|American Pride Associates is a privately-owned, non-profit organization designed to assist American Military Veterans and their families who are disabled and/or of low income status, unable to meet current cost-of-living expenses. Its Founder and President, LaMont M. Grodeck, a disabled U.S army Veteran, tired of fighting the government to receive disability benefits, decided to create funds for himself and others in similar situations by making American flag pins fashioned from glass beads and safety pins.. It is our mission to assist U.S. Military Veterans and their families, as well as exemplify pride in our country.
In th beginning of May, 2001, American Pride Associates started small, as two people, LaMont M. Grodeck and Cheryl K. Grodeck, L.P.N., a nurse and daughter of WWII Veteran, Lt. Cmdr. David L.
