A lot of different minerals are mined in Arizona. This early territorial company produced lead and zinc. Shares in the company could be bought for $100 each. Notice the fancy orange/brown lettering in the background. Vignette shows a screaming Bald Eagle with wings spread, resting on a shield. Principal offices were in Cincinnati, OH. Unissued

Incorporated Feb. 4th, 1907 in Arizona
TWENTY YEAR $50 GOLD BOND
Large, impressive bond issued in 1907. Payable in gold coin of the United States. The corporate seal is clearly punched into the lower-left. Hand-signed by the company Secretary & President. Currency-green border. Two oval vignettes at the top show an ore cart in front of a mine tunnel and an early oil well. Offices at San Francisco, California. Two pages of 75 cent coupons are attached to the top.
The actual operation was located in Yavapai County in the Chino Valley area north of Prescott, Arizona.

I have not seen any documents from this early copper company before. Issued in 1910. Hand-signed by the company Secretary, President and Trust Officer. Payable in gold coin of the United States. Corporate seal punched into lower-left. Printed with bright-orange ink. Notice the large, fancy title. There is a small round vignette at the top showing an early prospector leaning on a pickax. Attached to the right side is a page of $3 coupons (not shown in photo).

MINING PROPERTIES IN SONORA, MEXICO  (printed on front)
Excellent territorial $100 Gold Bond issued on September 24th, 1908. Shiny-gold seal - there is also some gold ink on the front side. This bond was payable in gold coin of the United States. Vignette shows early miners loading an ore cart in a tunnel. (Bond# 1266) Offices at Chicago, IL. Folded as most large bonds are.
