New WebRing members:
·Your site must be 80-90% Scouting Related.
·Your site must not target Scouts to sell them something.
· To join a Ring, you must first Submit your web site information, in the webring system at webring.com. .
· After registration, you will be instructed how to install the Ring navigation bar onto your site.
· The RingMaster will then review your site for inclusion in their Ring.
