I am looking for Elzear Colomb.  He married Malvina (Alvina) LaPointe on June 24,
1872, in Longueuil, Quebec.  His parents were Jean or Joseph Colombe and
Theotiste (?) Lalumiere. Malvina's parents were Hubert LaPointe and Appoline Quintin.

Looking for information on ELZEAR COLOMB(E), born about August 1851 in or
near Montreal, Canada.  He married ALVINA LAPOINTE born about October 31,
1849 also in or near Montreal, Canada. Elzear was a cordonnier or shoemaker.
They moved their family to Brockton, Massachusetts around 1890.

They had at least 7 kids:

     Albert,
     Antoninette,
     Conrad Stephen,
     Amelia, George,
     Aline,
     and Blanche.(no particular order)

We know that Blanche Colomb is born in Montreal, Canada June 1, 1884,
as are all the siblings we know of with the exceptions of George Colomb
who was born in Brockton, Massachusettes on Dec 2, 1890, and Amelia,
who is born there in 1892.

The Eldest child that we know of was Albert Colomb born about 1873.
Albert married a women named Anna ?. We don't know if he married her in
Canada or MA.

Anna dies in 1899, at 24 years old. The family has moved to St. Louis,
Missouri by 6-21-1899 because cemetery records indicate that Anna was
moved from Brockton, MA. and intered in St. Louis on that date. We are
looking for more information on this family: marriage records, births,
baptisms etc.  We are trying to find the parish this family was from in
Montreal, so we can do further research.  Also would appreciate any look
ups on Albert or Anna Colomb in Brockton, MA., such as their marriage or
her death, or the births of George or Amelia. We also the family changed
the spelling of the name. Not quite sure how, may possibly have dropped
the E. There may also have been a U in the body of the name also.
