Greymeow - Me
|
Here is what my mom wrote to tell how special I am,
and of course I am special :)
We've had this lovely furball since he was three months old. I still remember the first time I held him on my chest, amazed that a cat could be grey in colour. He rubbed my chin with his little forehead and purred loudly. I didn't know he was showing affection and only thought he might be hungry! Every day when we come home from work, Greymeow always greets us by the door and then lies down to let us rub his belly. He's our watch cat and customs officer. If there's any sound outside the door, he'll be alert and sit in front of the door. He seems it's his duty to check everything you bring into the house! Greymeow likes to play hide-and-seek, toy fish and feather. But nothing pleases him more with a paper scrap! You just throw it and he'll chase it and kick it with his front paws all over the house. And if the paper scrap rolls and stops under the sofa, he'll carry it out with his mouth and drops it in front of you too! His favorite food is cheese, cream, butter and boiled chicken. He weights eleven pounds now but he runs fast and jumps high. He's a bug catcher too. Ever since he's lived with us, there's no more bugs in the house. Every morning you'll find him lying on the table, watching out of the window and listening to birds singing. He's the one who knows how to enjoy life! At nights, he loves to sleep under our table lamp to have his lamp-bath! And when he sleeps, he just looks like a baby.
