Rules:

Welcome! I must ask that you read and agree to all of the rules before joining Equine Desire!

Member Levels:
Green Member - A member of ED that has been in the game for less then a month. They can create 5 horses. They are allowed 3 breedings per month. Green Members may also buy, sell, and breed their horses. They can also host shows. Green Members cannot own their own stable, business, or registry. They must board! Green Members can own a total of 25 horses.

Experienced Member - A member of ED that has been in the game for atleast a month. They are allowed 5 breedings per month. Experienced Members can buy, sell, and breed their horses. They can also host shows. Experienced Members can be put on the waiting list to open a stable. They can open a business or registry at any time. (Please Note: You must email Annie Reese and have it oked first!) You have to apply to be an Experienced Member. Experienced Members that do not own stables can own 25 horses. Experienced Members that do own a stable can own 35 horses.

Expert Member - A member of ED that has been in the game for atleast a year. They are allowed 7 breedings per month. Expert Members can buy, sell, and breed their horses. They can also host shows. Expert Members can request to open a stable at any time. (Please Note: You must email Annie Reese and have it oked first!) They can open a business or registry at any time. (Please Note: You must email Annie Reese and have it oked first!) You have to apply to be an Expert Member. Expert Members that do not own stables can own 35 horses. Expert Members that do own a stable can own 50 horses.

Notices:
1.) The president holds the right to eliminate any person for any reason.
2.) You must email the president and ask permission before upgrading your membership level, or opening any stable, registry, or business.
3.) You may create your own show rules, breeding rules, leasing, and selling rules. (Please Note: Buy Backs cannot be enforced and if any rules are unfair the president has the right to have you change them.)
4.) Any conflicts should be emailed to the president. You should never attempt to handle a conflict yourself. All conflicts will be delt with fairly.

Important Stuff:
1.) Fighting or bickering of any sort will not be tolerated! Fighting on the message boards it automatic removal from the game. Do not email, IM, PM, or other wise contact the person whom you are fighting.
2.) You must email the president in order to join. You must follow the correct format when emailing the president about joining.
3.) Do not post in the message board unless you are a member! If you do you will be banned form the game.
4.) You must keep everything updated as much as possible and required tasks should be done promptly.
5.) Chain letter and forwards are prohibited!

Horses:
1.) You are aloud to create 5 horses. All the others must be bred or bought.
2.) Please pay attention to your allowed limit of horses!
3.) After a horse turns 25 it is required to stop breeding and showing. When a horse turns 30 it must be permanently retired to a retirement pasture of your choice.
4.) You must register all your horses in the ED Mandatory Registry. If a horse isn't registered it does not exist, therefore it cannot be shown, bred, or sold!
5.) Horses must be aged every SIM year. In ED, a SIM year is every 6 months.

Buying & Selling:
1.) You cannot change a horse's statistics even if you do own it. They are set at birth. Pictures on the other hand may be changes by the new owner.
2.) Sellers may request first dibs, and have other requirements. (Please Note: These cannot not be enforced and it is up the new owners to decided rather to honor them or not.)

Breeding:
1.) The owner of the foal being bred is the one who determines the statistics.
2.) Each mare can only be bred once a month. Stallions can be bred unlimitedly.
3.) The foal is born 2 weeks after the breeding is posted. The foal can be aged any way you wish until the foal is 2 years old, it can then only be aged once every SIM year and it must be aged after turning 2.
4.) Every member is aloud to have one set of twins. (Please Note: You must contact the president before you may breed twins!)

Showing:
1.) If you wish to hold a show please contact the president first. All results must be random. Shows will not be denied unless they break an ED rule. When emailing please include the following: class list, rules, and entry form.
2.) You must host your shows at a stable or registry. You can always host a show for free at Redeye Ranch.
3.) You are not allowed to enter your own horses in your show!
4.) Horses' ribbons must be on their page. Try to update these often!
Leaving:
1.) If you are experienced or expert you are required to notify the president when you leave the game.
2.) Green Members may not leave behind any horses when leaving the game.
3.) Experienced Members may leave up to 10 horses when leaving the game.
4.) Expert Members may leave all of their horses when leaving the game.
5.) If you go 3 months without posting or playing the game, you will be removed!

Finally:
If you have a problem with any of rules or have a question, please feel free to email the president!
All members start out with $200,000.00 and are responsible for managing their own money. (Please Note: ED asks that you keep good records and random record checks will be issued!)
