To my dear beloved wife so much of the Kitchen and Household furniture as she thinks proper to take, and at her death to dispose of as she pleases; also to my dear beloved wife Rebecka Young two negroes namely Wally and John and at her death to be sold and equally divided between my three daughters Nancy, Marget and Rebecka, also one Riding Cheir, a horse to be purchased out of the sale money; all stock of cattle, hogs and sheep to be sold with the present crop of cotton now on hand and the money arising there from into the hands of my executors to pay off the legatees; to my son James Young, $20; to my son William Young, my negro fellow Stephen at the close of the present year; to my son Samuel Young, my negro fellow George my Waggon and Geer, the still and vessels and all the plantation tools with the weaving loom, to Joseph Neely, my negro girl Milly; to my daughter Marget Philips the value of Milly in money to be paid to my son in law William Philips as soon as it can be collected; to my daughter Rebeckah Chiles a negro woman and child now in her possession that is Anaha and her child Tabby; Samuel Young and Joseph Neely, executors. 14 April 1810.
