Hash Brown Casserole

Frozen hash browns

Sour cream

Can cream of mushroom coup

Butter, melted

Dried minced onions

Shredded cheddar cheese

Cornflakes, crushed

Butter, melted

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350ºF, Grease a 2 quart casserole or baking dish.

In a sieve, thaw and thoroughly drain hash browns. In a large bowl, combine sour cream, mushroom soup, dried onions, salt and cheese. Stir in hash browns and ½ cup melted butter. Spoon into prepared casserole dish. Mix the crushed cornflakes and ¼ cup melted butter in a small bowl, spoon over the top of the hash brown mixture. Bake uncovered for 50 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
