Fire and Ice Tomatoes Ingredients:
Directions: Combine tomatoes, green
pepper and onion rings in medium bowl. In a small saucepan, combine cider vinegar,
sugar, celery seed, mustard seed, and salt; bring to a boil, cook for 1 minute.
Pour hot mixture over vegetables in cowl; let stand at room temperature until
cool. Add cucumbers. Refrigerate for 2 hours, stirring once or twice until well
chilled. Drain before serving.
