Carnival Coleslaw

Ingredients:

Cup

Green Cabbage

Cup

Red Cabbage

1

 

Small Orange, Peeled, Chopped

1

 

Large Apple

2

 

Medium Carrots, Grated

½

Cup

Raisins

Tbl

Lemon Juice

2

Tbl

Honey

Directions:

Grate cabbages and place in ice eater to crisp. DO not peel apple, core and chop. Drain grated cabbage, pat dry with paper towels. Toss with chopped apple, chopped orange, grated carrot and raisins.

In a small bowl combine lemon juice and honey. Pour over slaw and toss lightly to coat.
