Apple Raisin Coleslaw

Red cabbage, coarsely chopped (1/2 head)
Green cabbage, coarsely chopped (1/2 head)

Carrots, coarsely grated

Large tart green apple, cored, coarsely chopped

Raisins
walnuts, chopped

Plain yogurt

Dried dillweed
Vegetable oil
Apple cider vinegar
Directions:
Combine cabbages, carrots, apple, raisins and walnuts in a large bowl. Whisk yogurt, dill, oil and vinegar in medium bowl to blend. Add dressing to cabbage mixture and toss to cost. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
