Spaghetti with White Clam Sauce

Ingredients:

Butter

Cup

Olive oil

Cloves garlic, minced

Cans, minced clams, drained

Cup

Parsley, chopped finely

Dried basil

Tsp

Oregano

Tsp

Salt

Tsp

Black pepper

Angel hair pasta or thin spaghetti

Directions:

Melt butter in skillet, add oil; heat. Saute garlic and clams in hot oil mixture over medium heat, 2-3 minutes. Stir in parsley, basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Simmer 5-10 minutes. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain well. Return to pot; add clam sauce; toss lightly. Serve with parmesan cheese.
