Seafood Quiche Ingredients:
Directions: PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Mix together cream
cheese, eggs, milk and parsley with electric mixer on medium speed until well
blended. Place crabmeat in pastry shell, If using mushrooms, layer over crab,
Sprinkle cheese over crab. Pour Cream cheese mixture all. Bake 40 to 45 min. or
until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 min. before serving
