Parmesan-Shrimp Pasta Bake

 

Ingredients:

1 Pkg Bow Tie Pasta

6 Tbsp Butter

3 Cloves Garlic, Finely Chopped

6 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour

1/3 Cup Dry Vermouth Or Chicken Broth

2-3/4 Cup Half And Half

1/2 Cup Calm Juice

1 Tbsp Tomato Paste

3/4 Tsp Salt

1/4 Tsp Pepper

1 Pound Uncooked, Peeled, Deveined Medium Shrimp

2 Tsp Dried Dill Weed

3/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese

Directions:

Cook and drain pasta as directed on package. Set aside.

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a shallow 2-quart casserole dish.

Melt butter in a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat. Cook garlic for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir in flour. Cook, stirring constantly with a wire whisk, until smooth and bubbly.

Stir in vermouth or chicken broth, half and half, clam juice, tomato paste, salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Stir in shrimp, sill weed and 1/4 cup of cheese.

Stir pasta into shrimp mixture. Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes or until light brown and hot.
