Haddock and Crab Deluxe

Crab Meat, Picked Over And Cleaned

Shallot, Peeled And Minced

Parsley, Chopped

Lemon Juice

Tsp

Dijon Mustard

Mayonnaise

 

 

Dash Tabasco Sauce

Breadcrumbs

Egg

 

 

Salt And Pepper To Taste

Haddock Fillets (6-8 oz Pieces)

Directions:

In a medium bowl combine the crab meat, peppers, onion, shallot, parsley, lemon juice, mustard, mayonnaise, and Tabasco and mix thoroughly. Add the breadcrumbs and egg and mix. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let stand for 5 minutes.

Spray a baking sheet or shallow casserole dish with cooking spray or lightly grease with oil. Place the haddock fillets in the pan. Place ¼ of the crab mixture on each fish fillet. Spreading to cover. Sprinkle each with paprika. Add the water to the pan. Bake in a 375º for 15-18 minutes or until fish is flaky.
