Flounder with Lemon Butter
Sauce Ingredients:
Directions: Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place the fillets in a baking dish. Cut 2 diagonally slashes in fish and brush
each piece with mayonnaise (about 2 tablespoons for each piece). Sprinkle
entire top of fish with seasoned salt and paprika. Add white wine to pan, and
bake for 10-12 minutes or until fish has browned evenly and meat of fish is
flaky. While fish is baking prepare lemon-butter sauce. Melt butter in skillet and stir in lemon
juice and Worcestershire. Stir over low heat until well blended. Pour over
flounder as soon as it is removed to platter and garnish with parsley and lemon
wedges.
