Brown Sugar

Cornstarch

Dry Mustard
Vinegar
Lemon Juice

Grated Lemon Peel

Raisins
Directions:
Combine brown sugar, cornstarch and dry mustard in small saucepan. Slowly stir in the vinegar; blend well. Add lemon juice, lemon peel, water and raisins. Stir ove medium heat till thick, clear and bubbly.
