Creamy Paprika Sauce

 

Ingredients:

Worcestershire Sauce

Beef broth

Directions:

Heat butter in a small skillet until foam subsides, add onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, 3-5 minutes. Add garlic, mushrooms, salt and pepper and cook 5 minutes until mushrooms are golden. Add paprika and cook stirring constantly for 2 minutes. Stir in sour cream, mustard and Worcestershire sauce and bring to a simmer (do not boil). Add broth and stir.

Serve over steak or noodles.

Serves 4, makes 1-1/2 cup sauce
