Ingredients:

Pork Loin

 

 

Worcestershire Sauce

Bay Leaves

White Pepper

Salt

Directions:

Brush entire pork loin with Worcestershire sauce. Let stand in refrigerator one hour. Place in roasting pan and add 1 cup of water to bottom. Add by leaves, pepper and salt to water. Roast uncovered in a 350ºF oven for approximately 30 minutes or until meat is golden brown on top. Baste with pan juices and cover lightly with a tent of aluminum foil. Lower heat to 300ºF for a 1-1/2 hour more or until tender.
