Glazed Ham
Ingredients:

Whole berry or jellied cranberry sauce |

Whole cloves, Whole maraschino cherries, Pineapple slices (optional) |
Directions:
Combine cranberry sauce of
choice, preserves and honey mustard in a medium saucepan. Whisk over medium heat until preserves are melted
and sauce is smooth. Remove from heat and set aside.
Preheat oven to 325ºF. Place ham on rack in a
shallow roasting pan. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour. Remove from oven and baste liberally
with glaze. Return Ham to oven and cook an additional 45 minutes or until a
meat thermometer registers 140º basting; continue to baste occasionally with glaze.
Optional:
Before the first glazing, score the ham into
a diamond pattern and place a clove into each diamond shape. OR place pineapple
slices over top of ham placing a cherry into center of each pineapple slice
placing a toothpick into the center of each cherry to hold it onto the ham.
