Texas French Toast Ingredients:
Directions: In a large bowl combine the cinnamon, cream,
milk, sugar and vanilla, whisking after each addition so that the cinnamon is
thoroughly combined. Preheat griddle or pan to medium high heat
and melt 1 tablespoon butter. Dip the bread in the mixture. Leaving for a
bit to soak up the mixture on each side. Cook each slice for about 1 min per
side. Repeat with all bread adding additional butter as needed for frying.
Serve hot with syrup of choice or applesauce
