Pasta Dough

Ingredients:

Cups

Sifted Flour

Eggs

Tsp

Water

Vegetable oil

1-1/2

Tsp

salt

Directions:

Place flour n a loarge bowl; add eggs, oil, and salt. Mix until dough can be gathered into a ball. Place dough on lightly floured surface and knead until form but elastic and smooth. Place dough in a greased bowl and let stand for ½ hour. Divide dough into quarters. Roll out and cut into desired shapes.

Cover cut dough; let dry 1 hour before cooking.

 

Yields

2 lbs pasta
