Double Cheese and Mushroom Quiche Ingredients:
Directions: Preheat oven to 375º. Fit the pastry into a
9” pie plate, Fold under edge to form a standup edge. Prick the bottom of the
pie crust with a fork and bake for 7 –10 min. or until golden brown. Remove
from the oven, set aside to cool, and reduce temperature to 350º. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs,
cream, thyme and pepper. Place the mushrooms, and cheeses in the
crust, Pour the cream mixture over the top, and bake for 30-35 min or until
golden and custard is set. Cool for 10 min and serve warm.
