Beta testing for The Sims Online is Underway!
A luck few got have already got the first taste of what is sure to be a worldwide phenomenon. Subscribers to The Official Sims Online Newletter were among the very first to roam the streets and neighborhoods, experiment with businesses and forge new friendships! The selection was random and by invitation only. In this stage, the Beta, the last before distribution to stores, gamers get to explore the world of The Sims Online, and report any last minute bugs or difficulties. This helps iron out the wrinkles and prepare it for the public at large. So far I've only hear good things, and it makes me even more anxious to try it myself when it is released in November!!
Now, let me be clear, now exact release date has been scheduled, some store listing has it being shipped in October, some in November, so thus far there is nothing concrete but it will be around that time most definitely. I already have my game pre-ordered, which you can do using any of the Online Outlet Stores, like Amazon.com, which shows it's release date as November 18th. I think they're pretty credible.

Yes thats just over Ten dollars a month which is much better than those Online Games that incur penalty fees if you don't have a credit card and charge you ridiculous monthly prices. This low subscription fee is really incredibly cheap, considering the endless hours of fun you'll have!
