Let's see, snow banks at the edge of the track, no parking on the grass in the paddock (making for an "interesting" parking situation), and 40-ish degrees with a stiff wind. In other words, perfect spring racing weather in New Hampshire! Uneventful qualifying session, and only one potential "oops" on the opening laps - see the video here. No harm, no foul, though..
Light turnout for the weekend as this was one of four race weekends in July, and not "paying" NARRC points this year. Ran the south oval on Saturday. Good qualifying session, but lost ground to other ITA cars while fighting with an IT7 car. Kudos to Linda Kogan for a great drive (but I might have had her if I had another couple of laps)! South chicane on Sunday - not my favorite configuration. Got shuffled back at the start and spent a bunch of time fighting with SSC and SSB cars.
