These are just a few of my drawings.  As you can see, I am very fond of pencil.  I've always been fascinated with black and white photos and drawings, there's just something about the shadowing in them that really pulls the eye.       I also work in colored pencil, pastels and acrylic paints.  Unfortunately the only acrylic paintings that I have done happen to be murals.  I will eventually take photos of them and post them on this site.  I only wish I had copies of my earlier works to show you, but I never thought to keep a copy for myself.  We learn by our mistakes, eh?

Commissioned work This was a gift for my husband, it's a copy of a drawing by Stanley Maltzman as are most of the lanscape drawings seen here. A gift. I fell in love with this picture while thunbing through a book by James C. Christensen.  I loved it so much that I painted it on my wall in my bathroom! My daughter, Amanda. New!
