If this is your first visit -- Welcome and thanks for stopping in. If this is a return visit -- take time to look around a few things have changed. To start the forum and Classified sections have GONE- (They were not getting used at all) the photo section has had a face lift and there are more things to come. Here you should find the information you are after regarding Target Archery (UK based). Should you not find what you are looking for let us know and we will try to find out for all. The information is split into groups and in some cases sub-groups. For example the Information Page to start is a page about archery (For the novice) but with input from Clubs and regional Secretaries alike it will expand to give information about Regional shoots, County matches. Even items for sale or other information people may want to know --- you decide !! ------ HELP REQUIRED------ Somebody asked me about information on Archery from the years 1100 - 1200 (About The time of the 1st '&' 2nd Crusades).Please forward any/all you have to the email address below so I can put it on the site and send it on to those that asked. --- Thank You The Contacts Page again will be sub-grouped to Regions, Clubs, Organizations and stores. This will also have a site search engine to help you find what you are after (When the amount of listings warrants it). There's the History page which will Endeavor to give some sort of background to the sport it's origins, it's uses, it's high's and lows from Longbows and Recurves up to the development of Compounds. The Related Page will consist of other tid-bits that do not fit into other categories these may be web sites that could hold some interest but are not dedicated to Target Archery or things that you feel are worth a mention. So if you have some details of a Club, Organization, Group event, Places to visit or other Archery Related topics send it in and we will try to fit it on the site. Please remember that this site is open to ALL archers and some of those are Juniors, Listings will be viewed and inappropriate material will be edited out. |
