Katie Gets Swimming Lessons!!
Today was a very hot day down here in Florida. Katie was dragging, David and I were dragging, so we decided to jump into the pool. Some of Katie's toy balls were in the pool and she wanted to play with them so...she got swimming lessons so she could recover them herself!!!
 | Kate sez, "Looks good and I really want my ball, but that water is WET! Can't you just toss the ball out of the pool and let me play with it???" |
| Mommy and Katie in the water. Kate wasn't too sure about that wet stuff, so she needed some encouragement. She's such a great dog...very trusting. |  |
 | "Hmmmm, my ball is right there. Can I get it without getting too wet???" A big debate in the mind of the Guppy Sue. |

 | SHE DID IT!!! She wasn't thrilled about it, but with Mommy (Barbara) and Daddy Dave voicing encouragement (and making sure we were close enough to not let her go under), she left the step. |
| Kate swims solo!!! She really enjoyed herself in the pool and is exhausted now, as am I. |  |
