Baby Moondancer
Name: Baby Moondancer
Type: Baby Pony
Appearance: White baby unicorn with pink hair (purple streak), and a symbol of a magenta crescent moon and two stars.
Accessories: A blue teddy bear brush, bottle a blue ribbon, a purple rocker, pull duckie, a box of diapers, and a "Baby" necklace.
Received: 1984 or 1985

Of course, since Moondancer was my first and favorite pony, I just had to get her baby when she came out! What a cutie!
Later, when I got more baby ponies, Baby Moondancer was their undisputed leader. She was slightly bigger and older than the other babies . . . My baby ponies acted more like kids than like babies anyway. They were really "kid" ponies. They never drank out of bottles or wore diapers, and they wouldn't have been caught dead saying "Hewwo". They did play with their toys, though . . . especially the rocker and that adorable pull duckie that came with Baby Moondancer. Baby Moondancer also had a little (non-MLP) pink and white "puzzle box"; it's kind of hard to explain, so I'll just scan it in one of these days.
Anyway, Baby Moondancer was a little bossy. This adventurous pony had the other babies put on plays, go camping, and rescue the adults when they were kidnapped by "Barbie, Tyrant Queen."
Baby Moondancer's best friend was probably Baby Cuddles; despite the fact that Cuddles was male, they never "dated". (Actually, none of my ponies ever dated.) Baby Moondancer got along well with all the other baby ponies except Baby Lickety-Split, who occassionally challenged her authority, and Dibbles and Nibbles, the (rather annoying) newborn twins.
Like all the baby ponies, Baby Moondancer rarely asked the adults for help or concerned herself with them . . . the babies really prefered to go have adventures by themselves.
