By the end of 1991 a new family joined the cast of B&B called the Hamiltons.The Hamiltons were headed by Jack Hamilton and his two children Taylor Hayes & Zach Hamilton.The former arrived in L.A. as a psychiatrist who treated Caroline emotionally during her leukimia.After Caroline died Ridge was quite attracted to Taylor and later on followed Taylor to St.Thomas island and proposed marriage to her.Ridge and Taylor were married though Brooke tried to stop the wedding declaring she was pregnant but arrived too late. |
| Jack arrived in L.A. as Taylor's dad.He first found himself a job at Spectra fashions.He had never good relations with his children as he had lost everything in gambling and his son blamed Jack for his mother's death.Jack was loved by two women both being business tycoons,Sally Spectra & Stephanie Forrester.Jack finally left Sally for Stephanie since Sally lied about being pregnant with Jack's baby.Well Sally did take Jack to a hotel suite to make love to her so she could be really pregnant but Stephanie arrived in time to stop Jack from sleeping with Sally.Jack left L.A. in 1993 but was soon seen again in a hospital as he had suffered a heart attack as Taylor was presumed dead due to a plane crash.Taylor actually came back from Morroco to L.A. when she heard about Jack's condition.Jack recovered after Taylor's arrival and encouraged Taylor to go back to Ridge.Following her father's advice Taylor stayed back in L.A. but much to her dissapointment Ridge served her divorce papers as he wanted to be with Brooke and the children. |

Zach arrived in L.A. to attend Taylor's marriage.He detested his father as he used to gamble & waste all the money and he also held him responsible for killing his mother.Zach also went to the extent of holding his father at gun point.Jack repented for having not given his children a good childhood.Zach started a Bikini Bar along with his friend Sly.He found his love intrest in Felicia Forrester who had just broken up with Jake Mclaine.Everything went on well until a gangster threatned to kill Felicia if Zach wouldn't pay a certain sum of money.When Jack came to know about the problem his son was in he immediately arranged for the money required.Zach forgave his father and admired him for being there for him.Later on in the show Zach confronted the gangster and threatned him to never return to L.A.Felicia was proud of Zach but her mother Stephanie was worried about her relationship with Zach as he was involved with gangsters.Felicia like her sister decided to leave town with Zach & not allow her mother's interference.Zach never returned to the show after his departure with Felicia. |
| Except for Zach Hamilton Taylor & Jack are still regular on the show though Jack Hamilton is on recurring status.As for Taylor she usually makes the front burner story right from her debut in 1991. |
