my dearest love
peace be with you always
until I see your face again

swishing loudly
through waterfalls and creeks
gurgling as it passes us by
quickly

softly glowing
on the flowers and trees
brilliantly coloring the world
golden

Autumn

autumn
paints the landscape
vibrant hues of color
gold, crimson and burnt sienna
glisten

Erosion

water
swishing, gurgling,
pounding and eroding
giant waves erasing footprints
on sand

Fitness

diet
exercising
lifting weights and walking
running, jumping, aquatics too
weight loss
