NATHANIEL BARLOW HAND, born September 3, 1816; married Mary, daughter of Joseph 
PALMER and Mary PALMER in 1841; died November 6, 1891.  Wife, born May 17, 
1825; died March 14, 1898.  They left children: Nathaniel Palmer, Mary 
Antoinette, Joseph Spencer.
