Thinking about dying...

Since being diagnosed with such a "rare" condition, I know first hand how easy it is to replay negative thoughts over and over again in your mind, but my common saying on the messageboard is that we must remain positive that our condition will reverse, our hearts will heal, and we will simply be stronger people for handling this condition, learning from it, and not letting it get us down - yeah, easier said than done - I hear ya, but I thought reading up on some studies and articles on positive thinking my convince you that even when it seems impossible to think happy thoughts - it may be the best thing you can do for yourself...
