This is the fourth story arc in the Sailor Moon fanfiction series which I began with American Dream. Here are some characters who were introduced earlier:

• Ishtar Chiba--Sailor Chibi Venus.
• Kimberly Chiba--Sailor Kimi Moon, or more formally the Second Moon. Second daughter of Usagi.
• Lily Chiba--Daughter of Mamoru and Ginger Han. Four and a half as the story begins.
• Nereid Chiba--Sailor Chibi Neptune.
• Jack Crawford--An investigative journalist from Nurse Venus.
• Titania Descartes--Sailor Chibi Uranus.
• Carmen & Alison Gonsoles--sisters introduced in Under Black Wings. Carmen is a surgeon now; Alison is a premed student at UC Berkeley.
• Ginger Han--A surgeon who has known Mamoru since medical school. Mother of Lily Chiba. Introduced in Under Black Wings..
• Zoë Kino--Adopted daughter of Makoto; about a year older than Sarah or Pleione, but two years ahead of them in school. No, she is not related to Zoisite!
• Deja Kumada--Sailor Chibi Mars.
• John Shaw--A now-retired policeman from Nurse Venus.
• Sarah Ami Usagi Uer--Sailor Chibi Moon, and Usagi's eldest daughter. Why her name isn't "Chiba" is really the whole point of American Dream, the story that begins this series.
• Pleione, Maia, Alcyone Umino--Naru's oldest daughters.
• Philip, Tammy Urawa (Yount)--Children Makoto has been raising as her own for several years.
