![]() Hi, Here I am! I would not give up eventhough it took me a while to hop back on the "losing weight" wagon! =) I started the "Well for Life" 12 weeks program after joining the local gym on September 8, 2003 at 170.4 lbs. Now I am at 161.6 lbs. I am hooked on exercise now! I do cardio workouts and air weights. I sometimes go to the local park and walk 2 miles. My mom is in this program also and she is doing great! We both support each other and often exercise together! I am eating better and making better food choices especially while eating out! =) I am very motivated and excited about my weight loss so far. It is slow and steady but good! Weigh-ins and meetings are on Monday nights for 12 weeks. Tonight was the 7th week. After the 12th week ends, I will continue to exercise and eat better on the maintenance program. My goal weight is around 135 lbs. for now.
