Angel arms

Today your angel arms sustain
Protect me from the fear and pain
Strength the steel inside of me
Guiding my steps in harmony

I trust your soul to guide me on
Wherever the path I walk upon
However dark the valley grows
Lighting my way, your starlight glows

Deep in your angel arms I lie
Crying my tears as the world goes by
Knowing that soon I will face anew
Another day of missing you

Your love indeed still lights my way
Leading me through another day
Holding me while the tears subside
Walking forever by my side

I do not walk alone

When I can not find the words to say I miss you
When I wish that you weren't gone but know it's true
That's when I take the fabric
And sew in every stitch
How much of me is still in love with you

Knowing that your mind was caught in mists dear
Mists swirled of confusion, doubt, and fear
Knowing every day you fought
But tired from the fight
Our love was not enough to hold you here

Your spirit soars now like a rising seagull
Riding on the wind so deep and full
Your doubt and pain are gone
The love we shared lives on
Showing me some moments still are beautiful

Because with your angel arms around me
I can lift my eyes upward so I can see
I do not walk alone
On this path I am on
Walking hand in hand with you I'll always be

I know we'll walk together till the sunset
As we have since the first day that we met
Sharing our joy and our pain
Laughter too and tears again
For our love and memories I can't forget

Touching the memories

We spent our time together, apart
Distance can't stand between two hearts
Our heart and hands became entwined
Finding a love that last through time

Close by your side, I'll always stay
Your love gives strength for each new day
With me your spirit watches the dawn
Deep in your arms I can go on

Beautiful images help me sustain
Fight my way back from the gnawing pain
Laying my head upon your chest
Held in your arms I will find rest

Touching the memories of our time
Knowing the feel of your hand in mine
Each breath a precious memory
Embracing them all brings harmony

My guardian guide

Missing you so
In the empty night

Lending me strength

Where is my angel

Missing your voice
In the sweet afternoon
Visions of laughter
As together we spoon

Merciful angel
Walk closely with me
Dance with me now
In love's harmony

Hearts beating together
And teasing sweet ways
Souls now interwoven
The rest of my days
