Beginning the Journey as a Survivor

The journey you are on, can be filled with many twists and turns as I have discovered for myself. Be patient and be gentle with yourself on this journey....

As a Survivor, there may be times when you feel that you cannot cope with life, the following is a list of ideas for helping you to cope.

THINGS TO DO TO COPE
- Breathe
- Hold a stuffed animal
- Listen to classical music
- Call a friend
- Call my therapist
- Take a hot bath
- Agree to a NO-SUICIDE contract

These are suggestions, do what
