When the
dark clouds rushed through the skies
Concealing
the sun's radiant light
A profound
gloom begins to haunt me
And creeps
through this body.
And so
I hear the Rain of June
Slowly
dropping, soon fast pouring
Its hurried
and heavy drops stings
So agony
it brings.
With a
tinge of pain, I could recall
Times
when the raging rain blurred my way
And fear,
grief, pain throbbed with in
For no
compassionate soul cared that i'm cold and shivering.
A hard
lesson but learned at last
That the
Rain of June must fall down, sometimes, somehow
After
all, the sun will shine with its gleaming light above
To give
hope to a disheartened heart~
That God
gives rain and He gives light.
