Superhuman physical powers: Besides the above mentioned abilities, Ghost Rider controlled a mystical form of fire called Hellfire that could be used to form quasi-solid objects. He could also employ it to create walls of flame or balls of fire. Further he could alter his hellfire to burn coldly with a energy that could only be felt by a mortal soul, the ability had the capacity to destroy a soul if not kept in check. Consequently, the cold hellfire would only seriously traumatize a person and leave him or her filled with abject fear. Ghost Rider was also immune to most forms of conventional injury, including temperature extremes and pressure, open flames, radiation, concussive forces such as explosions or impacts, and certain projectiles. Bullets would deflect if they struck the mystical bones of his body or simply pass through him.
